At Scruffs, we offer a ‘hassle free’ Returns Service and are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We can arrange for the goods to be collected. However, the collection charge will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original delivery charge.

We will be happy to process an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please note - Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.  All sales of clearance stock are final. We recommend checking sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
